I will be starting a job at Mass Eye and Ear as a general otolaryngologist.
UIC prepared me to be a well-rounded physician, giving me valuable experience with operating, advising patients in clinic and working with patients to develop the best care plan for them as an individual.
My favorite times at UIC were when I was able to work with the attendings and my co-residents as a team.
I am looking forward to my upcoming Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Los Angeles, California.
I’ve had many unforgettable experiences throughout my training and am most thankful to the individuals who have helped shape me into the physician/surgeon I am today. I am proud of the diverse educational experience UIC offers, the teamwork atmosphere it fosters, and am grateful to my dedicated mentors
I will continue on with advanced rhinology and skull base training at the University of Pennsylvania.
An unforgettable experience during residency was the surgical mission trip to Kenya, during which I had the opportunity to work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team in order to provide care to those in need.
