Baby Spring Salad – Mesclun greens wrapped in a cucumber ribbon with candied pecans, dried cherries, crumbled goat cheese & a citrus vinaigrette

Double breast of Chicken with mushroom risotto and green beans & carrot bundle

Rainbow Trout with asparagus, roasted shallots, lemon emulsion, & radish

Vegetarian Lasagna

Dessert:

Pistachio Crème Brule
